Dust-free method for slate renovation "ZeroD-Roof"

Can be constructed without removing the existing roof! Suitable for large-scale roof renovations in factories and similar buildings.

"ZeroD-Roof" is a new construction method developed independently by Nakai that can be implemented without removing existing roofs. It allows for the revitalization of facilities without interrupting your business, such as factories, warehouses, and stores, while also avoiding the generation of industrial waste. By attaching our self-developed saddle to the hook bolt, we can carry out renovation work without drilling screws into the existing slate, ensuring that the factory can operate safely during the process. [Features] ■ Construction can be carried out while the factory is in operation ■ Peace of mind from not generating industrial waste ■ Suitable for improving leak prevention and thermal insulation *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Green Roof Method Wet Jet

Methods for freely designing roof greening, wall greening, and rooftop greening.

The Wet Jet green roofing method is a thin-layer greening system that can create a rich vegetative environment with minimal irrigation equipment and maintenance. While green roofs and green walls are often discussed with an environmentally friendly image, they actually rely on greening technologies that have a significant environmental impact. The Wet Jet has established a true ecological greening system by recreating the terraced rice farming seen in the mountainous regions of Southeast Asia using metal roofing technology. Even with a small amount of irrigation, water gradually spreads downwards like in terraced fields, ensuring adequate soil moisture across the entire planting area. Furthermore, despite being a thin-layer greening method with a low design load, it is capable of supporting a variety of plants from low slopes to vertical walls.

FRP Bridge Vacuum Infusion Method

A bridge that is resistant to salt damage, lightweight, high-strength, and does not decay.

Vacuum Infusion The entire fiberglass mat layered on the mold is covered with a film to seal it, and the air from the fiberglass layer is removed to create a complete vacuum state. Next, using the power of the vacuum, polyester resin is injected into the fiberglass layer, ensuring it spreads evenly throughout, resulting in a uniform and strong FRP laminate. This manufacturing method is referred to as "Vacuum Infusion (VI)." This technique is also used in the production of large blades for wind turbines and the hulls of yachts. Laminates produced using this method are used in the structural components of FRP bridges. The high fiberglass content allows for lightweight and strong laminates, and there is the advantage of being able to produce very large laminate sheets. The shape of the mold can be freely designed as either flat or curved, enabling the creation of elegantly shaped bridge beams.
